Ink with a low chemical impact
Baby products such as bottles and pacifiers require high safety standards, 2004 series has been studied and formulated to have a low chemical impact on the finished product and it is EuPIA regulation compliant.
This ink is free of Bisphenol A (BPA), Cyclohexanone, Azo dyes, Formaldehyde, Phthalates (listed in the RoHS certification), G-B Ester, Aromatic hydrocarbons, Ingredients of animal origin, Persistent organic pollutant, IPA, Latex, Melamine.
The colors of the 2004 series are glossy and with good opacity.
Quick drying ink, it can be used as single component or by adding its hardener, as two component.
As a two component ink, it has a better resistance to rubbing, boiling and washing cycles (dishwasher).
It is recommended for the traditional material used in baby products industry such as treated polypropylene. This series is also suitable for printing on several materials like treated polyethylene (HD-PE, LD-PE), ABS, Aluminum, treated Ecoallene , Wood, Metal (in general), Mylar, treated PETG, treated polyacetal (POM) (hard-plast), polycarbonate, treated polyester, polymethacrylate (PMMA), polystyrene, polyurethane, self-adhesive PVC, rigid PVC, lacquered surfaces.
