the Company collects user data to send periodic newsletters about update seminars, training courses and events related to Sericom srl.
Providing data for the previously mentioned purpose is optional and lack to provide it does not prevent the implementation of the requested services when completing the application form for the training and / or the seminar.

The provided data will be processed for the entire duration of the existing contractual relationship and will be kept during the period for the fulfillment of legal obligations only, provided that it is not necessary to keep them further to defend or enforce a right or to fulfill to any further legal obligations or orders of the Authorities.

In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to ask Sericom srl
a) access: you can request confirmation that it is or is not being processed data concerning it, as well as better clarification about the information in this Notice, as well as receiving the data, on a reasonable efforts basis;
b) amendment: you can request to rectify or supplement the data provided to us or in our possession, if inaccurate;
c) cancellation: you can request that your data acquired or processed by Sericom srl might be deleted, if they are no longer necessary for our purposes or where there are no disputes or disputes in progress, in case of revocation of consent or its opposition to treatment, in the event of processing illicit, or if there is a legal obligation to cancel;
d) limitation: you can request the limitation of processing your personal data, when one of the conditions referred to in art. 18 of the GDPR; in this case, your data will not be processed, except for retention, without your consent except for what is stated in the same article in paragraph 2.
