Water based lacquer for textile decorations
For textile printing, Decorlac water based ink line is especially safe towards both human and environmental health as is BPA, Cyclohexanone, Latex, Formaldehyde and Phtalate free.
Decorlac is a water based lacquer that cures at ambient temperature developed for direct screen printing on natural textile (ie: cotton) supplied as a thick paste.
The final film is glossy, opaque and with good elasticity.
Curing can undergo at room temperature but rate can increase by oven drying at 80°C to also generally increase ink performance.
It is possible to use 1% of IA hardener to further increase film resistance.
Decorlac series can be supplied in 15 different and mixable shades, including ready to print fluorescent colors.
